The individual will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of device electronics for life sciences laboratory instrumentation. Responsibilities

• Design and development of mixed-signal, power electronics based multi-layer PCA, as well as electronics system integration and project execution.
• The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated record of hands-on experience in bringing an electronics instrumentation product from concept to mass production release.

How will you get here? Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (Honors)

Experience

• Working experience in a Manufacturing/R&D environment is desirable
• Fresh Engineering graduates are welcome to apply

Experience with, or knowledge in, some of the following is desirable:

• Analog & digital electronics, power electronics, schematics capture & PCB layout design
• Cable assembly design, EMC countermeasures, embedded systems, DC/stepper motor drivers
• Opto-electronics, CMOS/CCD control electronics, and design documentation

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Good troubleshooting and failure analysis skills.
• Experience in OrCAD, PADS, Altium, AutoCAD is desirable.
• Meticulous and tenacious self-starter
