About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Team Supervisor to lead a team of Technical Officers (TOs) providing 24/7 engineering and maintenance support for the systems. You will ensure the continuous operation of Singapore's Vessel Traffic Management (VTM) and related infrastructure that supports national maritime safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and guide the Duty Engineering Team (DET) to ensure all maintenance and operational tasks are carried out effectively.

Prepare and manage the 24/7 duty roster and oversee daily shift handovers.

Monitor maintenance performance, system availability, and follow-up on system faults or failures.

Participate in system engineering and project support - including design reviews, site supervision, testing, and commissioning.

Manage maintenance contracts, procurement of spare parts, and preventive maintenance planning.

Be on standby for urgent jobs and respond to site issues within 2 hours when activated.

Ensure compliance with Client safety and operational standards.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Electrical/Electronic Engineering systems.

Strong technical knowledge in system engineering and project management.

Leadership experience in managing engineering teams and contractors.

Preferably with experience in marine electronics, command and control, or communication systems.

Able to work outdoors, perform standby duties, and attend to sites including offshore islands when required.

Must be medically fit and able to pass pre-employment security checks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
