Job Description
1. To perform troubleshooting of Live plant MCC, other electrical panels, lighting systems, and various process instruments related to Jurong Island - Chemical plant. 2. To support and oversee vendor 1. To perform troubleshooting of Live plant MCC, other electrical panels, lighting systems, and various process instruments related to Jurong Island - Chemical plant. 2. To support and oversee vendor-installed new MCCs/LV boards as per the design and ensure safe commissioning assistance as per protocol. 3. To do regular Preventive maintenance for of above. 4. Sound knowledge of area classifications related to the process industry and ensure equipment inspection, and verifications are in order 5. To do works, servicing of valves and actuators 6. To upkeep the spare part list and consumable list 7. To key in manhour in the CMM system 8. To upkeep the maintenance records and perform maintenance activity assigned by the supervisor 9. To perform electrical LOTO for site activities. 10..To perform minor cable laying, termination, and glanding of E&I equipment. 11. Assist mechanical technicians with any emergency troubleshooting related to E&I works. 12. To provide support for E&I fitter for tray works and tubing, and related installation works(small panels, lights JB, etc) 13. Previous experience in turn-key / green field / gray field E & I construction experience is mandatory
