Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited (ALSg), the largest and leading industrial gas company in South-east Asia, employs 800 people recognized for their high level of expertise to provide gases, equipment, services and packaged solutions to support the requirements of the Singapore manufacturing industry.

We are looking for Electrical Manager to join the ALSg team.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Lead the maintenance team to specify, install and commission plant equipment in the network within stipulated schedules to ensure an uninterrupted product supply and look after the site services of each production unit.

To ensure that all work are carried out in accordance and in compliance with AL IMS:

- Ensuring that the maintenance program is in place and aligned with the maintenance strategy defined by the Industrial Manager

- Implementing critical equipment maintenance SOP defined by risk assessment study.

- Ensuring skills, competencies and resources are adequate for maintenance operations

Supporting the Facility Manager as the interface with the local authorities, for maintenance, inspections and testing activities

Develop and continuously update benchmarks in quality and reliability of equipment in the production units.

Develop a skill matrix qualification system for appraisal of individual performance.

To formulate and implement a maintenance policy for all units within the network. The maintenance policy must specify generic standards to guide management decisions in spare part inventory control and also specific instructions to ensure an adequate maintenance schedule is planned and implemented.

To develop a cost effective spares inventory system.

Liaise with statutory regulators, corporate technical teams and professional institutions to ensure strict compliance of all codes and standards by all operating sites.

Responsible for the training and develop of immediate subordinates

Responsible for developing and implementing CMMS throughout all operating units.

Responsible for generating monthly maintenance reports establishing benchmarks key activities, highlighting critical requirements for operating units, cumulative cost expenses.

Are you a MATCH?

Degree in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering, Engineering or equivalent

Experience in plant maintenance experience of instrumentation, Electrical and Analyzer

A working understanding of procedures and mandatory regulatory requirements for maintenance, and test and inspections methods

knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance methodologies

Knowledge of computerize maintenance management system
