LEW certification an added advantage. Minimum 10 years' field experience in Construction industry managing MEP projects. Minimum 4 years relevant experience in a subcontracting firm. Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role in construction project management. Excellent understanding of commercial MEP systems. Good understanding in managing ACAD and BIM operations. Job Scope: Leading all Electrical engineering works for the projects in the company. Oversee project team and appraise their performance and ensure project are completed according to project schedule. Prepare scope of work, sub contracts, and customer proposals including Tender preparation, submission and Tender Clarification follow up for Electrical works. Prepare and monitor project budgets for Electrical works including reviewing design and equipment selection to ensure it meets the tender specification. Participate in engineering process to control cost and client budget requirements of project. Develop Electrical works' project schedule and monitor/update as project progresses. Provide technical interpretation of design documents in support of installation (i.e. shop drawings). Provide specific expertise for problem solving of electrical issues. Provide evaluation & assessment of subcontractor progress claim and performance. Monitor and inspect construction to ensure compliance with design documents. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth completion of the project and compliance to statutory standards. Ensure timely submission of monthly progress claim.
