Electrical Supervisor
Job Description
Job Responsibility Manage maintenance to electrical service including transformers, switchboards, generators, UPS, and electrical distribution boards. Manage building A&A/ defect rectification works Ensuring all work are carried out safely and in accordance with safety procedures. Supervise technician and sub-contractor for equipment maintenance and rectifications Prepare and submit monthly facilities maintenance/repair reports Manage all minor work repairs/rectification to electrical services or equipment's. Liaison with customer on all maintenance program ensuring minimum disruption to their operationsJob requirement Diploma in relevant engineering with at least 5 years' experience in facilities maintenance Pro-active, ability to prioritize work and achieve desired result Independent, able to work with minimum supervision and have a good understanding of critical workflow Able to commit to 5.5 days work week and comfortable to work in healthcare environment
