Plan, execute and monitor (Work scope, progress, schedule, manpower, material, technical matters) and collaboration with SRM/PJM, supervisor and foreman during job execution to ensure that all works are complete on schedule without compromising safety and quality. Actively observe, monitor and train subordinates. Tasks and Responsibilities Read & understand work specifications, technical specifications, prepare job list with detailed work scope, effective planning and scheduling of work, materials, and manpower. Lead and execute work plan to the satisfaction of the owner /class & timely completion without compromising the quality of work and safety for electrical work relating to ship repair, conversion, and retrofit. Select, verify and order or source required materials for work as needed for projects. Any additional works to clarify with owner representative, inspect and prepare work scope and obtain approval and plan prior starting the work. Ensure that all work activities are comply with safety requirement including permit to work system and safe work work procedure, Risk assessment and its control measure. When a contractor is required to perform the work, request a subcontractor with a detailed scope of work and active monitoring of the work progress to complete the work timely without compromising safety and quality. Monitor and update progress of jobs and work schedule, notify to Snr. Engineer & HOD for any potential issue that can delay vessel repair schedule. Ensure all work completion reports have been made & signed by the owner's rep and submit to the commercial department on time (Before vessel delivery). To support supervisor/ foreman and planners in preplanning, generation of programs and follow up of all job in order to utilize optimum resources - Manpower & equipment. Perform other related jobs as assigned by Snr. Engineer & HOD. Job Requirements 2 Years above with relevant working experience. Good electrical knowledge and experience with ship repair, conversion, retrofit work scope and specification for marine electrical power, automation and navigation equipment services work, IEC standard and class requirements. Able to perform and demonstrate safe work practice, teamwork and collaboration, time management, communication skills, planning, problem-solving, and execution of work professionally. Familiar with shipyard safety and regulations and MOM requirements. Proficient in Microsoft office
