We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Electrical Technical Officer to support facilities operations through design coordination, drawing management, and compliance oversight. This role is based at one of our key sites and reports directly to the Facility Site Manager and Project Manager.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare conceptual design presentations, construction drawings, and detailed technical documentation.

Review and verify drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications, regulatory standards, and industry codes.
Maintain and periodically update master drawings (M&E, Architectural, C&S) and ensure proper documentation in the drawing e-registry.
Collaborate with the Facility Site Manager and Project Manager to support ongoing and new projects.
Perform ad-hoc drafting and documentation tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Proficient in AutoCAD with experience in 3D drafting.
Working knowledge of MicroStation and Architectural Desktop (ADT) is a strong advantage.
Minimum 5 years of relevant drafting experience, preferably in facilities management or the built environment.
Highly responsible, meticulous, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
