Electrical Wiring Technician ($2000 $3200/aws/vb)

Job Description
$3200 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Install and connect electrical wiring, components, and systems on marine vessels, including power distribution, communication systems, navigation equipment, and control systems.
- Modify onboard vessels in Singapore or overseas shipyards together with QA/Service Engineer if necessary.
- Assembly of the enclosure, bracket, component and wire up the panel for the project in the workshop with instruction/arrangement of workshop supervisor.
- Checking the incoming material according to the BOM list and preparation work for the project.
- Inspect electrical systems to ensure they comply with safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct testing to verify the proper functioning of electrical equipment.
- Keep track of the shop production drawing that the engineering department issued for production.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in wiring an electrical control panel according to the given electrical design DWG is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
