Job Description

Objective:

The Electrical Service Technician will be responsible for security equipment installation, commissioning and maintenance of Entrance Control equipment, Kiosks and CCTV system.

Job Requirement:

Minimum 1 years of experience as a Technician or in a similar role Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, control panels, and safety systems Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic technical knowledge on ELV, Automation, Networking and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System) will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

Electrical Work

: Installation of electical and networking cables and circuit breakers.

Equipment Installation

: Set up and configure mechanical and electrical systems at client sites, ensuring optimal performance from day one.

Maintenance

: Conduct routine maintenance and respond to emergency service calls, keeping equipment running smoothly.

Problem Solver

: Inspect, test, and diagnose electrical and electronic systems and equipment. Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions, minimizing downtime for clients.

Document

: Prepare service reports and contributing to continuous improvement.

Client Communication

: Engage with clients to explain repairs and preventive measures, building strong relationships.
