Installation, commissioning and provide user training.
Attend service calls and provide on-site technical support.
Maintain coordination with customers regarding technical matters and developments.
Prepare detailed technical service reports for every job performed.
To provide technical service and maintenance work for projects as well as existing customers
Any ad hoc duties assigned by Superior.
Carry out basic troubleshooting, minor repair on customer equipment.
To install, service, support, upgrade and maintain equipment.
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering, or relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Electrical/Electronics is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
