Lead and drive technology projects, mentoring a team of engineers.

Participate in product development cycle through requirement analysis, design, prototyping, testing and qualification.

Review specifications and technical requirements with clients.

Generate product technical documents, drawings, assembly drawings and bill of materials.

Provide technical support to manufacturing, quality and marketing department.

Work in cross functional project team to ensure that project requirements are met.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or equivalent with Minimum 5 years of experience within a research & development environment.

Knowledge in C++ coding.

Proficiency in CAD tools for schematic capture and PCB layout (e.g., Altium Designer, IAR workbench).

Practical experience with design software.

Knowledge in electronic circuit design, analysis, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with wireless communication protocols (e.g., Bluetooth, RF).

Knowledge of analog and digital electronics, power electronics, and signal processing.

Hands-on experience with lab equipment for testing and validation (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.).

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electronics design and manufacturing.

Able to work hands-on and manage project deliverables individually.

An effective team player and have good communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills.
