Job Description
- May assemble prototype PC boards.
- Performs basic functional testing of components and assemblies
- Reads, Understands and edits equipment wiring diagrams and schematics
- May be responsible for good soldering skills. Trains in high temp solder skills
- Wires and assembles downhole and surface equipment
- Develop parts list, check drawings and other basic documentations
- Responsible for ordering parts and lab maintenance
- Complies with reliability and safety issues
- May be required to travel
- Learns and utilizes project management skills in the organization and execution of project assignments as necessary
- Polytechnic Diploma in a related field of science.
- 1 year of experience in a related technician, manufacturing/field operations capacity are required.
