Job summary:Gross salary: up to $3.5KWorking hours: 8.30am - 6pm, mon - fri (there might be shift/ OT)Location: KallangBenefit: 14 days AL + Transportation + laundry + shift + OT + medical benefitElevator & Escalator Field SpecialistJob Responsibilities:

• maintain, service and repair the elevators and mechanical-parking systems that includes checking, oiling, greasing, mechanical adjustment, trouble-shooting, testing of safety devices, inspection and parts recommendation and replacement in accordance to local code of practice
• demonstrate understanding and compliance of Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) procedures
• attend to breakdown maintenance calls at various job sites
• support Services Operations Team to achieve department objectives on service sales targets and service quality standards

Requirement:

• a valid CoC certification
• minimum 3 years of work experiences in servicing and maintaining elevators and escalators
