Job Description
:Elite law firm would like to hire a Corporate associate for their Singapore office due to increased work flow and team growth at all levels.Our client has extensive experience advising on large-scale M&A, private equity transactions and joint ventures, with demonstrable experience in the real estate, technology and financial services sectors.Candidate requirements
- The ideal range would be M&A associates from class year 2021 (EW/US/HK/ANZ qualified) - 3 PQE or class year 2020 (SG qualified) - 4 PQE.
- Cross-border corporate M&A, private equity experience working in a top tier international law firm.
- Experience working/training at a leading M&A / private equity practice would be ideal.
- Excellent academic track record.
- Strong team player, work ethic and client-oriented.
- Asian language skills would be an advantage but not a must-have requirement.
