This elite law firm would like to hire a junior associate to join their Corporate / Capital Markets team in Singapore. This role is a great opportunity for candidates who would like to work on a good mix of high value cross-border corporate transactions, in addition to the full spectrum of capital market transactions.
Key requirements:
- 1-3 PQE, Singapore bar qualified. The firm will also consider candidates qualified in India or Philippines with a US LLM;
- Top academics from leading universities;
- Peer firm training or experience (top tier US/Magic Circle);
- Strong team player, work ethic and client-oriented;
- Asian language skills will be an advantage.
