As the Emerging Market (EM) Regional Market Access & Pricing Associate Director, you will support the EM Market Access & Pricing Director (Specialty & Oncology) to develop and implement access and HTA tools and capabilities at regional level to support LOCs demonstrate value proposition of our Specialty & Oncology products.
Key Responsibilities

• Define EM Access priorities as product champion for Oncology & Specialty, in alignment with Regional Commercial and Medical
• Serve as Access & Pricing lead in X-functional go-to-file and go-to-launch assessments for Innovation Committee.
• Serve as the single point of contact for Access & Pricing for our Growth Emerging Markets (Turkey, Gulf, Saudi Arabia, Colombia, LSP, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Pakistan)
• Support LOCs to enhance Access strategy across life cycle (with focus at launch)
• Development of Innovative Access solutions to maximize Access/Funding
• Assess and manage pricing requests from LOCs
• Support development of LOC Access teams (capabilities, structure) to ensure readiness for Oncology & Specialty launches.
• Deliver new Access capability development programs to the LOCs (eg, negotiations, payer insights, strategic account management)
• Provide strategic & content expertise to enhance HTA and pricing submissions by LOCs.
• Support EM MAP Director to strengthen Access\xe2\x80\x99 input at both the EM regional and Global level. Specifically, EM region Innovation Committee assessment and launch optimisation for new products, and advocating for EM\xe2\x80\x99s unique needs into Global\xe2\x80\x99s access strategy
• Supports/challenges LOC in execution of new MAP framework to pre-launch and across lifecycle.
• Build regional capability to enhance Product MA resources knowledge \xe2\x80\x93 includes dissemination and adaptation of global material for LOCs
• Interface between Global and LOC to ensure price strategy is "fit for purpose\xe2\x80\x9c for innovation
• Coordinate with other internal Market Access teams (global and local) to further the knowledge on product value propositions as well as evidence plans
• Collaborate with regional CGA and VeO teams to coordinate Access-priorities with policy and evidence generation activities.

Why you? We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• 
  Minimum 5 years of experience in Price Governance in Global/Regional/Country, including setting up robust price governance process/SOP, price optimization, and risk management & monitoring.
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing pricing strategies for HTA or reimbursed markets.
• Experience in regional pricing or access role providing support for emerging markets including Latin America or Middle East region
• Proven experience in above-country roles working across cultural and multi-functional specificities in complex situations (Regional / Global)
• Track record of establishing effective working relationships with all stakeholders and influencing without authority
• Effective oral and written communications skills for a wide variety & levels of audiences
• Robust problem-solving skills
• High resilience and agility
