Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities: * To have thorough understanding of the department logistic operations and facility layout. * To understand the capacity and needs of individual user departments with Roles and Responsibilities: To have thorough understanding of the department logistic operations and facility layout. To adhere to all directives and protocols pertaining to patient care and services stipulated in the Hospital and company directive and rules & regulations. To check the ambulance standard equipment and report any malfunction promptly to the appropriate personnel for repair. To ensure the cleanliness and operational readiness of the ambulance equipment at all times. To assist the Manager in providing data and statistics of patients transfers. To conduct feedback to upgrade services or handle complaints from end user. To reflect to the Manager any foreseeable problems or discrepancies. To assist with portering services when require. To assist the L&D department in training and retraining of porters and health attendants in safe techniques and proper handling of ambulance trolley. Requirements Candidate with valid BCLS-AED, EMT certification or equivalent would be advantage
