We are delighted to be partnering with a global Singaporean HQ luxury brand on a newly created Employer Branding opportunity. Encompassing more than 10,000 employees in Singapore alone, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be part of an established and growing business whilst being a part of best practices and gain valuable exposure to sizeable HR projects. Your role will play a key part in establishing employee value propositions whilst developing and executing a robust and cohesive employer branding strategy that is aligned to company values and practices.

Working closely with core business functions, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for running sizeable brand campaigns for the business whilst tapping into product marketing and branding. You\xe2\x80\x99ll partner with core departments to promote the company as an employer of choice whilst providing employer branding advisory to key business units and stakeholders whilst being a part of important decision making processes. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also act as an employer branding ambassador helping to create, produce and promote creative branding initiatives whilst building awareness and brand advocacy amongst employees.

The suitable individual should bring at least 3 years of employer branding experience within sizeable multinational companies. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have demonstrated experience driving employer branding initiatives in addition to running multiple branding campaigns. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be a creative and proactive individual who is able to think outside of the box and provide solutions with a resourceful mindset. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey messages in an impactful manner. Proficiency in Photoshop and designing software is an advantage.
