  • To clean all guestroom and floor corridor inclusive service area
  • To provide courteous and professional service at all times.
  • To maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues and all other departments.
  • To be committed in conserving natural resources and preserving the quality of the environment in which we operate.
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Completely familiarize with Security, Fire & Safety procedures & carry out the policies established by the Hotel.
  • Systematically greet guests when coming across them.
  • Respects the guest\xe2\x80\x99s rest
  • Strive to implement the AccorHotels Vision and demonstrate active use of the AccorHotels Values
  • To check and verify room status report.
  • To clean all assigned rooms and designated common area in accordance with the established procedure.
  • Clean, inspect & release rooms to \xe2\x80\x9cVacant / Clean\xe2\x80\x9d status in accordance with hotel procedure. Clean all the rooms for which you are responsible in the time allocated
  • Ensure that all requests by guests are attended to.
  • Be responsible for the care and maintenance of his/her work store, trolley and all equipment and ensure that all equipment and materials are left in the same place and correct manner at the end of each shift. Ensure that equipment is in good working order.
  • Know how to use the cleaning products (dosages and conditions of use)
  • Follow the procedure in Housekeeping Key to Success: GEN-08-01-002.Include monthly clearing of lost property. Reports any guest complaints, incidents of suspicious persons on the floor to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Ensure a high standard of cleanliness of guest room, corridor and service areas.
Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:
Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
Excellent organizational skills and time management
