Location: Singapore, PioneerUnder limited supervision perform technical research operations in order to support development of improved and new products and solutions within own area, according to company\'s business objectives and corporate strategy.Core Responsibilities:

• Research Activities
• Perform lab experiments on a daily basis, document results & discuss with supervisor
• Solve routine technical problems, using defined methods and protocols
• Safely operate, maintain and organize lab equipment
• Maintain a safe, clean and orderly laboratory environment in accordance with EHS guidelines

Academic Background:

• B.Sc degree in Chemistry/Organic Chemistry/Polymer Chemistry or related area

Professional Experience:

• 3 years of experience working in R&D
• Experience in some of the following topics

• Synthesis & characterisation of (bio)polymers
• Functionalisation of bio-macromolecules and their subsequent modification
• Microencapsulation - Delivery Systems
• Emulsions
• Sustainable materials
• Analytical chemistry (examples: viscosity, particle size, zeta potential, chromatographic methods, IR, UV, SEM, TGA, DSC \xe2\x80\xa6.)
