Job description
• Provide quality customer service to clients’ inquiries promptly in accordance to company’s guidelines.
• Serves as a liaison (Prepare drinks to clients if needed)
• Data entry of customer's data (CRM)
• Works with all Barbers/ Outlet IC to ensure smooth running of appointments and manage booking system and customers if appointments overrun
• Identify cross-sell products/packages opportunities
• Performs daily sales closing report, receipts, cash tallies, maintain stock for retail/ back bar and tidiness of shelves for outlet
• Report to the Outlet IC and perform all tasks assigned by them
• Maintain outlet overall effectiveness and optimal working environment with Outlet IC

• Minimum O level/ ITE.
