We provide a full range of professional consultancy services for a variety of projects including offices, commercial, industrial, residential, hotels, institutional and additions & alterations of existing buildings.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and lead the project on M&E services from conceptual stage, design development, contract documentation, authority submissions, site administration to project completion.

Requirements

- Able to converse in English and Mandarin (due do Chinese-speaking clients)
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in design and supervision of M&E building services projects
- Results and service-oriented individuals who possess good technical and people skills
- Pro-active team players with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines
- Applicants with more than 5 years of experience may be considered for more senior position
- Mature workers are welcomed to apply

Salary
$3,000 - $6,000
