Job Description

Responsibility

- Reports to the Project Director/GM
- Responsible for overall implementation and completion of projects within scheduled cost, time, quality and with efficient execution.
- Liaising with sub-contractors and specialist contractors to ensure smooth completion of the projects.
- Prepare, review and submit all detailed shop drawings, programmes, schedule, method statement, technical proposal and/or risk assessment proposals.
- Conduct internal, subcontractor and site staff safety meeting/briefing, when required.
- Lead a team of technical staff and workers in the execution of day to day operations.

Requirements

- Able to converse in Mandarin and English (Due to Chinese-speaking clients, vendors and sub-contractors)
- BCA-recognized Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- At least 1 to 2 years' experience and have completed at least 1 cycle of a landed housing, High-rise apartment project, or equivalent.
- Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
- Able to independently prepare shop drawings and related plans for submission for approval.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office Suites (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and AutoCAD (or equivalent drafting software).
- Able to work 6 days work week.
- Possess analytical mindset, independent, self-starter, positive working attitude, takes ownership and a highly responsible individual.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills.
