Project Overview

SPH Media's Digital Workplace Engineering team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer - Digital Workplace to enhance and optimize our end-user computing and digital workplace platforms. This is a hands-on technical role focused on driving automation, intelligent solutions, and elevating the overall employee experience. You will directly contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of our modern workplace ecosystem.

Key Deliverables & Responsibilities

1. Digital Workplace Engineering & Automation

Design, develop, and implement automation solutions across the digital workplace to improve employee experience, endpoint management, and identity workflows. Serve as a technical expert in automation and data-driven insights within modern endpoint environments. Deliver POCs for intelligent solutions (e.g., intelligent search, automated troubleshooting, streamlined identity processes). Integrate and operationalize new features across

Kandji, Okta, Google Workspace, ServiceNow, and Nexthink

. Develop and maintain automation workflows using

PowerShell

and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

2. Endpoint & Identity Management Solutions

Architect automation frameworks to deliver advanced self-service and proactive remediation. Leverage Nexthink analytics to improve user experience and predict issues. Implement and optimize Okta workflows with risk-based authentication and adaptive access aligned to Zero Trust. Modernize provisioning with Intune and Kandji zero-touch deployment, enabling continuous compliance and intelligent policy enforcement. Optimize content and application delivery strategies for physical and virtual environments.

3. Collaboration & Productivity Enhancement

Integrate and configure

Google Workspace

and

Zoom

features to enhance collaboration and meeting productivity. Work with

ServiceNow

teams to enable predictive ticket routing, virtual agents, and automated remediation. Implement workflows that boost employee productivity, including contextual knowledge retrieval and content automation.

4. Technical Leadership & Mentorship

Provide L3-level technical expertise across endpoints, collaboration, identity, and security domains. Define and implement technical standards aligned with compliance, data privacy, and security requirements. Mentor junior engineers and support solution planning and roadmap execution. Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

in End-User Computing (EUC) and Digital Workplace engineering with strong solution design and operational experience. focused on automation and data-driven intelligence in enterprise IT environments. Deep platform expertise in: ?

(Identity & Access Management)

Experience with analytics and data modeling for device health and user experience. Proficiency with

(Okta, Kandji, Google) for automation and system integration. Experience with

cloud-native services

(AWS / GCP / Azure) for serverless automation and workflow orchestration. Strong understanding of

cloud security

Zero Trust

principles. Familiarity with

Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform)

and

VDI

is a plus. Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
