Digital Division's IT Group (ITG) supports the IT needs for DSO's enterprise and R&D functions. ITG oversees the development and operations of core IT infrastructure, enterprise networks, and enterprise applications.
Endpoint Management Engineer
In this role, you will:
Be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise endpoint management solutions
Ensure secure, efficient, and scalable management of all endpoint devices, which includes desktops, laptops, etc. across the organization
Collaborate with various IT groups to enforce compliance, streamline deployments, and enhance the digital workspace experience
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Information Technology or related fields
Possess certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, etc.
Experience with Zero Trust architecture and endpoint security
Experience to enterprise environments with 1,000+ endpoints
Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools
3+ years of experience in IT with at least 2 years in endpoint management roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Active Directory, and Group Policy
Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash
o Familiarity with Windows, Linux operating systems o Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Knowledge of endpoint security tools and practices
Provide Tier 2/3 support for endpoint-related incidents and service requests
Participate in lifecycle management of endpoint hardware and software, including procurement, deployment, and decommissioning
Maintain documentation including system configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides
