End-User (EU) Care | HelpDesk (Project- Based) 3yearsEnd-User (EU) Care | HelpDesk Engineer will perform tasks indicated/included in the Service Contract/Agreement between the client and Nexus Technologies, Inc. They will be responsible in providing technical support and assistance on the phone or remotely related to computer systems, hardware, and software.Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a computer or IT-related degree courses (BS-IT, BS-CS, BC-CoE, BS-MIS).
  • Preferably with 6-months to 1-year experience in an IT user support and call/remote operations.
  • Must have knowledge on Microsoft Windows and Office/o365 support/troubleshooting and other OS/application related service/s.
  • Must be familiar with fundamental computer hardware, software operations and troubleshooting.
  • Must possess problem-solving attitude or skills, and helpdesk/service-desk operations.
  • Service oriented with high regard for customer service excellence.
  • Relevant industry-standard certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Windows and/or Office) will be an advantage
Job Type: Fixed termSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
