As a strategic partner to a leading global energy company, we specialize in delivering cutting-edge digital solutions and IT infrastructure & operations services. We are now seeking an

End-User Support Engineer

to ensure seamless IT operations, with a structured hybrid schedule dedicated to both client site and company office environments.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite IT support (3-4 days/week at client site in Singapore, remainder at EPAM office) Manage IT asset lifecycle: deployment, migration and decommissioning Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues to minimize downtime Deliver in-person IT support for incidents/requests, ensuring fast resolution

Requirements

Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience 3+ years of IT infrastructure support (Windows, MS Office, network systems) Experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Service Request, Change) Strong problem-solving skills; able to work independently under pressure Excellent communication skills for client-facing and internal coordination Flexibility to split time between client site and EPAM office
