Reporting to the Senior Field Service Supervisor, your focus will be supporting the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems.Primary Functions

  • Manage all contractual obligations of active GESP and EPC contracts.
  • Implementation of energy optimization and M&V jobs.
  • Troubleshoot technical fault and maintain high level of performance for EMS/BMS.
  • Support or participate in project testing and commissioning if needed.
  • Actively looking for retrofit/optimization jobs with Sales and Operations.
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations in bid estimation/pricing when opportunity arises.
  • Improve KPI year on year.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform tasks in accordance with Service contract requirements.
  • Handling all billing and invoicing in a timely manner.
  • Constantly and consistently upgrade knowledge and skills to be in line with business unit directive and industry developments.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunity proactively and convert it into revenue in shortest time possible.
  • Monitor and control expenditures against budget of contracts, projects, and warranty provision under the charge.
  • Plan individual activities to deliver and achieve the set financial and technical objectives.
  • Maintain long term customer satisfaction and promote customer delights.
  • Understand and comply with quality standards to maintain Honeywell ESCO credentials.
  • Understand and comply with Honeywell policies, procedures, and regulations.
MUST HAVE:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in Engineering or similar disciplines
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Energy-related services (e.g. Energy efficiency of buildings)
  • Experience in managing Project and Service Contract
  • Qualified or In-training for SCEM certification
  • Good knowledge of HVAC, BMS, M&E services
WE VALUE:
  • Good knowledge of Maintenance and Troubleshooting techniques.
  • Good communication skill, both in verbal and written.
  • Conversant with PC usage and common PC applications.
  • Basic understanding of Honeywell product knowledge, and industry standards and practices.
  • Basic understanding of the BCA Green Mark certification
  • Qualified or In-training for Green Mark AP/AAP
  • Experience in conducting energy audits and related reporting
  • Possess initiative, drive, and commitment
  • Able to work independently, well organized and disciplined
  • A good team player and able to work with a diversity of people.
