• Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

• Provides leadership and management of Energy Transition and Advisory of Decarbonization related consulting activities and responsible for overseeing the ETDC initiatives and solutions for industry development / mega projects / multiple projects / proposals / strategic initiatives
• Conduct ground research and market intelligence and latest technologies towards new energy fuels such as hydrogen, ammonia, including the regulatory aspect
• Engagement with overseas colleagues regularly to discuss progressive updates and brainstorm on value offerings
• Lead efforts to understand the needs of the customer, segment the market and develop strategies to capture and meet the interest and objectives of the customer
• Develop a scientific multi-selection criteria and methodology to assess the various energy resources and select the most techno-economic solution.
• Preparation and upkeep of standard and value-added commercial proposals to customers including tender document submission
• Build connections with companies that the organization may work with to provide full turn-key solutions in the renewable business
• Facilitate marketing activities that will bolster the organization\xe2\x80\x99s presence and awareness of sustainability offerings within the country and region
• Develop business and capabilities to deliver the necessary consulting and engineering services
• The ideal candidate should have a broad understanding and experience of the energy transition end-to-end solution and value chain
• Intimate knowledge of clean and innovative energy generation systems and technologies (including renewable energy generations, energy storage system) are critical
• Motivated to grow business and initiate new innovative solutionsProvide leadership and guidance to project teams on energy transition and decarbonization initiative
• Education:

• At least 15 year of Graduate experience, in Engineering or related Energy field from accredited university, with at least 2 years of experience in energy transition and decarbonization
• Required experience:

• Sustainability, Renewables, Energy or related industry experience
• Experience in business development with an entrepreneurial approach and spirit to developing a business offering
• Good client contacts within the Asia Region in the Energy industry are preferred
• Understand the basic principles of sustainability and renewables including solar and wind, and clean energy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication & networking skills.
• Strong writing skills, verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to be an independent problem solver
• Decisive, highly motivated and enthusiastic
