Job Description

What the role is:
Seeking a detail-oriented Executive to retrieve and organise approved building plans for JTC properties.
What you will be working on:

  • Retrieve approved building plans for JTC properties from archive files, ensuring complete historical documentation o File, categorise, and store building plans in physical formats for departmental access o Maintain tracking system and update database as plans are retrieved o Coordinate with external vendors on digitalisation of physical plans
What we are looking for:
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills o Attention to detail in document handling o General proficiency in MS Work and Excel o Excellent communication skills o Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
