The CPF Board has a three-pronged approach of education, deterrence and enforcement. What you will be working on:

  • Lead a team of enforcement officers to ensure the enforcement and recovery of employees\' CPF contributions, along with all CPF arrears from defaulting employers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement court orders against defaulting employers to recover CPF arrears. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage intricate correspondences from employers and employees, collaborating with legal counterparts on case decisions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Formulate and execute initiatives aimed at implementing efficient enforcement strategies and process improvements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Utilize data analytics and automation tools to drive innovation and facilitate changes within the team by reviewing existing enforcement processes, policies, and guidelines adopted by the Department.
What we are looking for:
  • Experience preferably in enforcement, legal function or financial management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity in recovering arrears from defaulting payments and navigating complex financial scenarios with defaulting clients to achieve positive recovery outcomes and compliance with legal protocols. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in leading teams and collaborating with others to provide support in achieving common goals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in addressing complex correspondences. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in driving continuous process improvement initiatives, including leading system enhancements, reviewing operation policies, and implementing changes for efficiency. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to handle multiple tasks while properly prioritising urgent and high-impact work \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive innovation within the team, leveraging data analytics and automation for continuous improvement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in data visualisation and automation tools, with an advantageous skill set in platforms like Power BI and UiPath. We welcome fresh graduates in any discipline and candidates without working experience to apply. The successful candidate will hold the corporate title of Manager/Senior Manager, with seniority based on individual work experiences.
