Roles & Responsibilities
While serving clients as Engagement director, this role is accountable for the overall strategic engagement of with our Customers. He/she leads the Delivery team of multiple projects / programs and coordination of programs schedule and delivery. He/she ensures the design integrity in client proposals and programs and partners with the regional sales leadership and India leadership, Talent Leaders, Portfolio Managers and Leads to advance client relationships.
- Works as a business partner with regional leadership team to assure effective utilization of internal talent to serve client accounts.
- Manage medium to large scale projects start to end, through hands on supervision of a team to deliver projects on time and with acceptable quality.
- Responsible for complete engagements operations, revenue, business improvement and customer relationship.
- Review the operations regularly and update to senior management on business impact if any.
- Responsible for yearly business charter and resource plan in line with client requirement.
- Review the engagement health monthly and take corrective actions for improvements.
