Requirements
Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree qualifications
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
Organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities
Previous experience in customer-facing or support roles is an advantage
