Perform disassembly, tear down and assembly of turboprop engine module parts in accordance with Engine Manual
Use of correct, approved tools, equipment for MRO work
Ensure that all overhaul and repair activities are carried out in accordance with engine manuals, approved technical data, regulatory requirements procedures
Read updates on maintenance manuals, service bulletins, other specifications and regulatory requirements to determine the feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
Liaise with Engineering and raising discrepancy report on quality non-conformances
Support implementation of continuous improvement
Ensure that all work are carried out meets quality requirements as per respective engine manual
Be responsible for care and cleanliness of equipment and work station
Requirements:
GCE \xe2\x80\x9cN\xe2\x80\x9d or \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d Level / Nitec/ Higher Nitec / Diploma from a Technical discipline, Aerospace Engineering discipline or equivalent
Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in engine workshop practices, MRO activities gas turbine engine components
Ability to read, understand approved technical data in English
Basic understanding of relevant air worthiness, regulatory agencies requirement
Basic use of hand and measurement tools
