Perform disassembly, assembly and/or testing functions of engines, its associated parts, components or accessories.
Utilize machines/ equipment/ tools to carry out disassembly, assembly and/or testing functions of engines, its associated parts, components, or accessories.
Solve technical issues and perform any necessary troubleshooting to ensure engines pass test with the highest standard in quality
Assist line supervisor in their daily operations to achieve production targets, corporate goals and discipline.
Support and participate in EH&S, Quality, Ethics and Continuous Improvement projects and initiatives
Perform various other duties as assigned by Workshop Engineer/Manager
Requirements:
Minimum NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any other related discipline. Diploma will be advantageous
Minimum 2 years work experience in disassembly, assembly or test in relevant aviation industry
Self-motivated and able to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management
Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and SAP
Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Possess high level of integrity and accountability with a strong drive towards Quality
Able to work on weekly rotating shifts
Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position
