Provide assistance and be a resource to functional departments and business units in identifying, planning and implementing ACE projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate various ACE projects/events eg. Value Stream Mapping, 3P, Kaizen etc.
• Implement a process and culture of continuous improvement embracing Kaizen & related methodologies to achieve highest quality, lowest cost & customer focus standards.
• Identify opportunities to increase and improve ACE applications throughout the company.
• Provide training and communication on ACE tools and methodology.
• Coordinate & support activities to achieve site ACE progressive/gold level certification per ACE Criteria.

Qualification

• Degree in an Engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Production Engineering.
• 4 - 7 years of working experience in a large manufacturing shop environment preferred.
• Strong continuous improvement skills and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Value Stream Mapping. Certified ACE Practitioner preferred.
• Self-starter with strong communication skills and ability to work with all levels of staff.
• Independent and possess initiative to drive the ACE culture.
