[What the role is]
You will be part of the team that maintains and enhances our mission-critical IT system used for Air Traffic Management (ATM). There will be opportunities to integrate the ATM system with radars, messaging systems, cybersecurity controls, etc. You will play a key role to ensure the overall reliability, quality and integrity of the ATM system; thereby contributing directly to the safety and efficient management of air traffic movements in Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s Flight Information Region.

[What you will be working on]
You will work closely with the team to deliver the following scope of work:

• Analyse new operational needs and engage suppliers for suitable solution
• Seek approval and perform procurement for system enhancement works
• Identify potential project risks early and assess its implications to the organisation, system or project, and to recommend mitigating measures to manage the risks
• Ensure proper integration and testing of all hardware and software components to verify that the system or system enhancement is delivered according to requirements
• Maintenance of ATM IT system to ensure its high availability

[What we are looking for]

• Training in Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management or equivalent
• Good communication and writing skills, interpersonal skills, positive attitude and an attention to detail
• Able to work independently and also a good team player who is able to work with officers of all levels
• Ability to work outside working hours occasionally for system maintenance/deployment activities

Your appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance, and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal.
