Job Description

This role is based in the production area, where you will be required to wear a cleanroom uniform.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide support for operational and technical activities. Machine & equipment maintenance / calibration. Conduct equipment and process qualifications as needed. Develop and establish SOPs and machine manuals to standardize servicing and maintenance practices. Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance machine performance and reduce product rejection rates. Coordinate with production teams on machine and facilities installation layouts. Plan, evaluate and execute technical / engineering projects focusing on cost savings and productivity improvements. Implementation of industrial safety practice to ensure compliance. Manage and supervise technical staff; provide coaching and performance evaluation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electronic & Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field is preferred. Knowledge of technical troubleshooting techniques. Strong leadership and staff management skills. Project management skills. Good communication, analytical, presentation and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Pay: $3,300.00 - $4,000.00 per month
