What the role is:
We are seeking people with drive, curiosity, and creativity to manage demolition projects and post-construction improvement works at existing properties in HDB estates.
What you will be working on:
You will be involved in planning and management of demolition projects, as well as infrastructure-related and other enhancement works. Your duties will include coordination for the procurement of services and site management. The job scope also involves carrying out feasibility studies and analysis of structural engineering problems, managing maintenance and improvement works in HDB estates; as well as conducting technical assessment to resolve post-construction feedback or engineering problems.
What we are looking for:
You should possess a relevant background in Civil Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore. Relevant working experience in design, construction or project management is preferred. Ability to work independently, analyse problems, interest to explore new technologies and develop innovative engineering solutions will be an asset. Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract. All applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted for the position within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.
