MRO operation Support

\xc2\xb7 Function as key engineering focal to provide repair dispositions, engineering repair quotes and technical support to Operations, Quality and Customers in meeting airworthiness and customer requirements

\xc2\xb7 Support operations to perform repair assessment on nacelle components metallic and composite structures.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare repair packages with detailed repair drawing, stress analysis and submission for airworthiness approvals.

\xc2\xb7 Perform basic design activities for tooling aid and assembly jig fixtures, coordination with vendor for fabrication and calibration

\xc2\xb7 Identify, support, drive engineering and shop cost reduction and continuous improvement opportunities

Continuous Improvement - Digitalization and I4.0 activities

\xc2\xb7 Identification of new opportunities for technology introduction and automation into MRO operation

\xc2\xb7 Design new automation equipment, processes, and write Macro etc. for example to develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for improve work process using Python programming

\xc2\xb7 Programming new automated components to the MRO process

\xc2\xb7 Developing and maintaining clear and accurate documentation of automation equipment or processes

\xc2\xb7 Draft SOP and conduct training to users where necessary \xe2\x80\x93 typically after implementing new RPA processes or technology equipment etc

\xc2\xb7 Support Troubleshooting automated processes, Technology equipment when operation has issues

\xc2\xb7 Project management \xe2\x80\x93 From trade study, regular update to management team, and present to leadership team and visitors

Requirements:

Education & Experience

\xc2\xb7 Degree / Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Aerospace Engineering or equivalent

\xc2\xb7 Fresh grade is welcome. 3-7 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience is added advantage

\xc2\xb7 Engineering trained, good team player, self-motivated, fast learner, good communication skill, and good authoring / literature composing

\xc2\xb7 SMART Factory, Industry 4.0 experience & knowledge will be considered as added merits

o Experience on new technology application

o Digital database, data analytics. Programming skill \xe2\x80\x93 python, C#...visual studio\xe2\x80\xa6

o Robot / Cobot application and integration
