We invite applications from naval architects, marine and offshore engineers, renewable energy engineers, civil, structural, geotechnical & electrical engineers, drilling/petroleum engineers, mechanical engineers with a focus on aerodynamics and structures and any other engineering disciplines interested in joining our International Engineer Development Programme (EDP). The programme is currently accredited by RINA and IMarEST, with a similar accreditation by ICE, and we also work with other engineering institutions.


About the Programme
At the end of the programme, participants will be eligible to apply for full membership of RINA, IMarEST, ICE or other institutions according to their professional discipline, and for registration as Chartered Engineer with the Engineering Council (UK).


Duration:
Four years, typically broken into four placements across the ABL Group including international placements across selected offices worldwide.

Renewable energy project development, Design engineering. Sustainable Engineering. Marine warranty surveying. Hydrodynamic and structural analysis. Casualty investigation techniques. On-site survey attendances. Engineering support for claims and litigation. Health and safety at work .Business administration. And many more areas.

Direct entry
There are also openings for our Direct Entry Engineer Development Programme, where participants will be based at a single office.



The number of places on offer will depend upon demand within the local offices. Applicants should advise their preferred choice of office, although no guarantees on vacancies are made.

Job Requirement

Graduates with a Bachelor\'s/Master\xe2\x80\x99s in Engineering.
