: Industry: Aerospace Manufacturing - US MNC Location: Changi North Salary Range: SGD 3,000 - 4,800 Completion Bonus: Yes 1 Month for 1 Year completion This is a 2 Years Contract Role. : * Investigate accidents, com : Industry: Aerospace Manufacturing - US MNC Location: Changi North Salary Range: SGD 3,000 - 4,800 Completion Bonus: Yes 1 Month for 1 Year completion This is a 2 Years Contract Role. : Investigate accidents, complete or verify accident reports, and liaise with technical specialists and external health and safety authorities to identify the causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence. Monitor permits, licenses and statutory requirements. Communicate with internal and external parties on relevant EHS information. Use CORE / CPS tools to solve technically complex issues. Support in the site's external audits (ISO14001, SMS, ISO45001, ISO50001, Program Evaluation, etc.). Conduct annual machine and equipment random program audit. Support of on-site routine EHS inspections, WSH committee meetings and collection of EHS performance metrics to identify workplace hazards and unsafe equipment, working practices, or working conditions. Support in the training and preparation of the company emergency response team. Provide EHS awareness training for various staff levels within the site to ensure understanding and compliance. Participate in the site's process safety activities. Support conduct of fire drills, table top exercises and business continuity plans Review and update the site's legal register. Review and revise site layouts involving EHS related equipment. Review and analyze technological advances in the realm of EHS pertinent to the site. Review, revise and advise on RA, JHA, JSA and HAZOP. Area of Focus Be competent and expertise in corporate EHS requirements and local legislative requirements. Able to communicate and link up the related EHS requirements to responsible area owners. Be the expertise of hazard identification and facilitate operation owners in risk reduction and mitigation. Uphold EHS guiding principles to drive the site/s to best practices that make up world class EHS culture. Minimum Education required (specific field or equivalent): Diploma /Degree in Engineering/Chemistry/Environmental Engineering disciplineand Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (RWSHO). Minimum years of experience in role: Degree: At least 3 years' relevant experience preferably in a manufacturingenvironment. Diploma: At least 4 years' relevant experience preferably in a manufacturingenvironment. Desired Skills: Be knowledge on local legislation to EH&S. Be reasonably aware of US OSHA requirements. Preferred Skills (if any): Preferably with Certificate in Fire Safety Manager and Noise Monitoring. Confined space safety assessor. Good working knowledge of EH&S policies and regulations.
