Primary Requirement:

For ELV solutions and network systems and must have specialized knowledge in semiconductor fabs, DATA Centres, Construction where system integration are critical.

1. Technical Qualifications

Education

: Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, ICT, or a related field.

Minimum: 8 years

in project management, with

5+ years

in: Semiconductor FABs, pharmaceutical plants, data centres, or cleanroom environments. + Delivering ELV systems.
+ Managing industrial-grade ICT infrastructure, access control, surveillance, fire prpotection and detection, and BMS systems
+

Systems expertise

:
+ Access Control, CCTV (IP-based), Intercom, Fire Alarm (VESDA, HSSD), Public Address, Structured Cabling, Data/Voice networks, Environmental Monitoring Systems, BMS / SCADA / Central Monitoring Interfaces.

Network Infrastructure

: Fiber optics and shielded cabling in controlled environments, Redundant, high-availability network design for manufacturing control systems.

2. Project Management & Leadership

Full lifecycle PM responsibility: Scope, schedule, cost, procurement, QA/QC, EHS, testing, commissioning Experience with: Construction within live production environments. Tool relocation or expansion projects. + Coordinating with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
Leads multi-disciplinary teams with strict adherence to milestone schedules
