This role will be situated within our Customer Care Centre in our Rolls-Royce Solutions Asia Office in Tukang Innovation Drive. You will be charged to develop and utilize data analytics to optimize the maintenance or mtu engines and systems and enhancing failure prevention capabilities. Support development of data capturing and analysis systems (hardware and software) to enhance equipment health monitoring capabilitiesAt Rolls-Royce, we look beyond tomorrow. These include our 10,000 kW diesel engine, our ecologically sound co-generation module, and our innovative injection systems.Key Accountabilities Develop data analytics process and tools to collate and analyze equipment data from available sources Collaborate with technical and operations teams to optimize equipment maintenance plans Monitor and detect abnormalities in equipment data and initiate proactive actions to prevent potential equipment failures Perform defect trending and identify components which require detailed root cause analysis and preventive actions Provide inputs to enhance the entire data capturing and processing process for equipment health monitoringJob Requirements Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or any other relevant engineering with experience in Data Science programming languages such as Python or R.
