Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited (ALSg), the largest and leading industrial gas company in South-east Asia, employs 800 people recognized for their high level of expertise to provide gases, equipment, services and packaged solutions to support the requirements of the Singapore manufacturing industry.
Missions and Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and coordinate maintenance activities for gas production process & equipment and plant supporting facilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure reliability, safety and quality of sustainable and smooth production. Activities include spare part management, preventive and shutdown maintenance, troubleshoot and breakdown repair, sourcing and onsite contractor management.
• Initiate, manage and execute process equipment and facilities improvement. Optimize projects safely with technical solutions; within budget and schedule.
• Monitor, close gaps, and implement IMS, ISO, GMP and SMS programs to ensure plant operations with full compliance to relevant standards, rules and regulations.
• Raise purchase requisitions for works and manage inventory of the equipment, tools, spare parts and materials used in maintenance activities.
• Plan, design, and oversee the reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, building, structures and other facilities.

Competencies and Profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Facilities, Machinery and Electrical & Instrumentation equipment maintenance
• Experience in hands-on troubleshooting and Supplier/Contractor Management
• Working understanding of mandatory regulatory requirements applicable to industrial plant operations
• Safety knowledge in Chemical and Gas will be advantageous
