Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Project timeline planning, budget estimation and planning, market surveys on technology solutions
  • Work with Solution Architect to ensure the recommended solution approach is aligned to enterprise direction and standards.
  • Review existing processes and deliver continuous improvements to keep pace with policy and business process changes and implement technology refresh for supporting tools and technologies.
  • Ensuring deliverables conformed to the standards and control defined for the program; identifying and managing risk and mitigation strategies; identifying, analysing, and ensuring resolution of issues; managing change control.
  • Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Provides information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing development and service issues.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computing, Electrical Engineering, or IT or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of experience in a project management role
  • Understanding of the HR lifecycle and/or major business functions will be an advantage.
  • General understanding of emerging trends in employee experience and enabling technologies
  • Experience with past projects involving employee competency management or workflow-based solutions will be a plus.
