Project timeline planning, budget estimation and planning, market surveys on technology solutions
Work with Solution Architect to ensure the recommended solution approach is aligned to enterprise direction and standards.
Review existing processes and deliver continuous improvements to keep pace with policy and business process changes and implement technology refresh for supporting tools and technologies.
Ensuring deliverables conformed to the standards and control defined for the program; identifying and managing risk and mitigation strategies; identifying, analysing, and ensuring resolution of issues; managing change control.
Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Provides information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing development and service issues.
Job Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computing, Electrical Engineering, or IT or equivalent
At least 4 years of experience in a project management role
Understanding of the HR lifecycle and/or major business functions will be an advantage.
General understanding of emerging trends in employee experience and enabling technologies
Experience with past projects involving employee competency management or workflow-based solutions will be a plus.
