• To manage Cable Fault Management Centre so as to provide 24x7 support to all cable faults.
• To manage a team of Field Engineers to ensure all fault tickets and cable incidences are resolved timely. To constantly improve on resolution time.
• Handle Cable Damage Incidence.
• To manage a team of field engineers on dark fibre provisioning so as to ensure they are delivered timely and within customers specifications. To work with customer to understand their technical specifications. To provide quotations to customer if additional cost is required.
• To ensure timely closure of worksorder and timely processing of claims to contractors.
• To participate in RFP, tender and sales enquiries on dark fibre.

• Degree in Electronics Engineering.
• 8 years of related work experience.
• Able to be on hands on in the role.
