Job Description

$5500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: NorthResponsibilities

• Maintain and administer networks, Server, OS, Storage and backup of VMware VSphere and VMware Horizon VDI environments and applications
• Perform daily VMware VSphere and VMware Horizon VDI administration tasks including troubleshooting, hardware maintenance and software patches, fine-tune monitoring alert and security configuration
• Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution of quarterly preventive maintenance
• Understanding complex technical issues and managing them within a fast-paced business environment
• Performing root-cause analysis to identify Client operating system issues or faults and recommending solutions to resolve them within a stipulated SLA
• Coordinate with external parties and customers for problem resolutions
• Review current processes and identify gaps and provide continuous process improvements
• Compile and deliver all forms of maintenance reports (e.g. installation report, incident report, preventive maintenance report, ISO report, Etcetera)

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree In Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Window servers(AD, Clustering) , Linux (Red Hat, Centos, Ubuntu, Etcetera) ,Systems Security is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
