Roles & Responsibilities:

• To co-ordinate and compile the technical information for design authority for disposition from them for technical topics and impact Analysis.
• Required to gather, analyze & monitor trending of statistical data. To closely follow up on status with respective parties on reaction plan for characteristics that is not conforming and has signs of low signals.
• To coordinate the actions related to product root cause analysis, correction actions of all quality/process issues with the relevant stakeholders.
• Assist to co-ordinate on managing product definition file and configuration update.
• Assist to co-ordinate on the product evolution and stay active with the MFT team
• Maintains the deadlines by communicating essential information to relevant parties, coordinating actions through close follow up and liaison with respective teams to update status of investigations action on FTQP and status of operational open actions for Quality Clinic
• Assisting in compilation, archiving and drafting of documents with references and inputs from the Product Engineer/Manager, process experts and design authority
• Liaise and co-ordinate with Design Authority, Process Experts for technical related matters to support Product performance
• Function as the interface between Singapore team and French counterparts to co-ordinate the for all quality & product issues. Drive the actions list with internal and external parties to expedite dispositions
• Following up and closely monitoring progress with respective teams on status related to Product engineer/managers portfolio (FAI,PSQS,FISC & etc)
• To maintain KPI ( R1 , FPY ) to measure support performance
• Compilation and periodic updating of KPI reports, technical issues reports, Analysis reports for product data management

Requirements:

• Able to start as soon as possible
• Uni internship for student from Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Self-Motivated, proactive and able to work independently under a fast-paced environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
• Ability to be able to read technical drawing and specification
• Able to analyze data and summarize information efficiently.
